Wine Tasting Experience Voucher

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. Hencote reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings where necessary. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Booking dates must fall within the voucher validity period. Prices are subject to change; the price confirmed at the time of booking is final. Vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable, but requests to rearrange visits can be made and must be made at least 7 days in advance and will depend on availability. Requests to reschedule made less than 3 days before the booking date, are at Hencote’s discretion. If Hencote cancels a tour or dining session, guests will be offered either a full refund or an alternative date. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only. Guests should arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened or altered experience, and no partial refunds will be provided. If a guest does not attend their booking (no-show), no refund will be issued. Guests must be 18 years or older to participate in the wine tour and tastings.
