Monetary Gift Voucher

Monetary gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Vouchers may be redeemed against food, beverages, tours, tastings, Hencote event tickets and experiences, subject to availability. Vouchers must be presented at the time of redemption. Monetary vouchers may be used across multiple visits until the full balance has been redeemed. No cash refund or change will be given for any unused balance. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost, stolen, damaged, or expired vouchers cannot be replaced or extended. Advance booking is recommended for dining, and experiences, and voucher redemption is subject to availability at the time of booking. Hencote reserves the right to amend availability, pricing, opening times, or experiences without prior notice. By purchasing or redeeming a voucher, the holder agrees to these terms and conditions.
