Monetary Gift Voucher

Validity Period - Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Redemption - Vouchers can be redeemed towards food, drink, wine tasting experiences, or Hencote events. How to Use - Please present your voucher (printed or digital) when paying. Booking - Advance booking is recommended. Voucher reference must be quoted at the time of booking. No Cash Value - Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash (in full or in part). Partial Use - If the full value is not used in one transaction, the remaining balance will stay on the voucher until the expiry date. Event Use - Vouchers cannot be used for other ticketed events, such as Word of Mouth unless stated otherwise. Management Rights - Hencote reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
