🎁 To secure your spot, a £35 per person deposit is required, which will be deducted from your final bill.
Our Festive Party Nights are very popular, so we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.
🎅 Final guest numbers, menu pre-orders and any drinks packages are due two weeks before your reservation.
Terms & ConditionsDeposit on Booking : A £35 per person deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The deposit will be deducted from the final balance. Hencote reserves the right to make reasonable changes to entertainment, menus, timings, seating arrangements, or other event details where operationally necessary. Menu and Pre-Orders : Final guest numbers and pre-order menu selections must be confirmed no later than 14 days before the event. Dietary requirements and allergies must be clearly communicated at the time of menu pre-ordering and no later than 14 days before the event. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requirements, we cannot guarantee an entirely allergen-free environment. Guests with severe or complex allergies should contact Hencote before booking to discuss whether their requirements can be accommodated. Changes to menu choices after the 14-day deadline may not be possible. For Large Parties of 10+ Cancellations within 4 weeks of the event are subject to loss of the deposit. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to the event. Cancellations after this point will unfortunately mean the full payment is non-refundable If a small number of guests drop out after the final balance has been paid, their deposit may be used towards food or drinks for the remaining guests.
