Enjoy a taste of the season in the beautiful surroundings of Hencote Estate. This summer, we're offering luxury picnic hampers, perfect for a relaxed afternoon in select areas of our vineyard and estate grounds.

🧺 What's included:
Each hamper is designed for two guests and includes everything you need for a perfect afternoon:
A bottle of wine - choose from our Vivienne (white), Suzanne (rosé), or Evolution (white sparkling), served with plastic glasses, ice, and a cooler
Cheese selection with crackers, chutney, and grapes
Charcuterie meats with olives, hummus, and breadsticks
Strawberries and brownie bites

Hamper for 2 £75 (select one bottle of wine)
Hamper for 4 (2 hampers) £150 (select two bottles of wine)
Additional guests are charged £25 per person for the food element. Please note that each hamper includes one bottle of wine - an additional bottle is not included for extra guests.
Additional drinks and bottles can be purchased from the bar in The View throughout your visit.
Optional add-on: Picnic blanket - £5 per blanket
📍 Location
Picnics are to be enjoyed in select areas of the Hencote vineyard and estate. Our team will be on hand to help you find the perfect spot. Picnics may be enjoyed in the View or Terrace if there is inclement weather.
Terms & ConditionsAll hampers must be booked and paid for in advance. Each hamper includes one bottle of wine per two guests. Any additional drinks or bottles must be purchased from The View on the day. Hampers must be collected from The View at the start of your designated time slot. Please arrive promptly to make the most of your experience. Picnics may be enjoyed in designated areas of the Hencote vineyard and estate only. Our team will guide you to a suitable location. Guests are expected to respect and care for the surroundings at all times. All hampers, equipment, and waste must be returned to The View at the end of your picnic. Please leave your area as you found it. Hampers must be collected at the start of your allocated time; however, guests are welcome to remain on the estate afterwards. Blankets are available to hire at £5 each and must be returned with your hamper at the end of your visit. Bookings are non-refundable if cancelled within 7 days of the event. Outside of this period, amendments may be offered at Hencote’s discretion. Hencote reserves the right to amend or reschedule dates if required. In such cases, an alternative date will be offered. Hencote operates as a licensed venue; therefore, strictly no external food or drink may be brought onto or consumed anywhere on the estate. Only items purchased from Hencote may be consumed. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave if this policy is not respected. Guests visit and use the estate at their own risk. Hencote accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings. Hencote reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. By completing a booking, guests confirm they have read and agreed to these terms.
