Pre-order your drinks package in advance and enjoy a seamless start to your day. Your order will be ready for collection at our dedicated pre-order bar in The View, so you can grab your drinks hassle-free and spend more time enjoying the music, atmosphere, and company.
You can also book one of a limited number of car parking spaces for £20 per car. You will be required to provide your registration number to reception@hencote.com.
To book: Click the date square and click the time slot that drops down below. Click 'Book now'. On the next screen, select from the dropdown, add your quantities and click 'Add tickets', repeat as required.

Terms & ConditionsTerms & Conditions – Word of Mouth Event 1. Pre-Ordered Drinks Pre-ordered drinks are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless the event is cancelled by Hencote. Changes to drink orders must be requested no later than 48 hours prior to the event and are subject to approval and availability. Alcohol will only be served to guests aged 18 or over. Valid photo ID may be requested. 2. Parking Parking is available on-site for event attendees and is subject to capacity. Guests must register their vehicle registration number in advance by emailing reception@hencote.com to enable us to manage parking effectively. Failure to provide a registration number may result in limited or denied parking access. Parking is provided at the guest’s own risk. Hencote accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or their contents. Guests are asked to park considerately and follow all on-site signage and staff instructions. 3. Event Changes & Cancellation Hencote reserves the right to make changes to the event, including drink offerings or parking arrangements, where necessary. In the unlikely event of cancellation by Hencote, guests will be contacted directly regarding refunds or alternative arrangements.
