Terms & ConditionsWedding Open Day at Hencote 1. Event Details The Wedding Open Day will take place on Sunday, 25th January, from 11am–3pm at Hencote. 2. Attendance Attendance is free of charge. Visitors may arrive at any time during event hours. 3. Changes to the Event Hencote reserves the right to amend, postpone, or cancel the event at any time. Where possible, reasonable notice will be provided through our website or social media channels. 4. Supplier Participation Attendance by recommended suppliers is subject to change. Hencote cannot guarantee the presence of any specific supplier on the day. 5. Venue Access Guests may access designated areas of the estate only. Certain areas may be closed or restricted for operational or safety reasons. 6. Photography & Marketing Photography and videography may take place during the event. By attending, guests consent to being included in promotional images unless they inform a member of staff on arrival. 7. Parking On-site parking is available. 10.
