All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are non-refundable.
Please inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies at the time of booking.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Hencote reserves the right to make changes to entertainment or menu items if necessary.
In the unlikely event of cancellation by Hencote, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.
